Discover Who We Are

Rosario Scuteri
An entrepreneur in the real estate sector, involved in creating green projects with his startup Greenforlife, founded in Milan in 2022. He is also a practitioner and student of Kundalini Yoga, currently in the process of certification to become a teacher.
I am the visionary behind GreenforLife, the Lombard startup that finances Kundavela, bringing with me a unique wealth of experience. An entrepreneur since 1998, I have weathered the storms of the real estate sector, facing challenges with courage and turning adversity into opportunities for personal and professional growth. The 2010 housing crisis didn’t quench my thirst for innovation; instead, it marked the beginning of a journey of rediscovery, one that, through yoga practice and spiritual travel, led to the birth of a new approach to real estate. After several sailing holidays, I felt the desire to combine the concept of a holistic sailing vacation with the practice of Kundalini Yoga, which I have passionately practiced for years. I envisioned a vacation where there was harmony between what we do (yoga, meditation) and what we eat (vegan meals, no alcohol), to foster a 360-degree inner journey of purification and rediscovery of our truest essence, the spiritual one. Kundavela is supported by my friend and Kundalini Yoga teacher, Martina Gioia, with whom we created the first retreat in June 2024. I want Kundavela to become a brand with characteristics that set it apart from any other sailing vacation. At Kundavela, we take care of every detail of your experience, ensuring it marks the beginning of a profound change within you.
Shabad Kirtan
Martina Gioia (Shabad Kirtan) is a certified KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) Kundalini Yoga teacher, holding Level 1 certification and currently pursuing Level 2. She is also a teacher of prenatal yoga, mommy/baby yoga, and children's yoga.
She is the founder and creator of the "Amul Dharam" yoga center, established in 2021 in the province of Lecco.
Martina Gioia is a mother, woman, entrepreneur, and passionate about spirituality and yoga. After studying languages and working in international settings in Barcelona, she made yoga her second profession for several years, eventually turning it into her main career in 2021 when she opened the "Amul Dharam" yoga center in the province of Lecco. Yoga entered her life 10 years ago, starting with classical Hatha yoga and then discovering Kundalini Yoga in 2011. After attending her first Kundalini Yoga class, she decided to begin teacher training in Spain, where she was living at the time. Returning to Italy in January 2017, she resumed her training at the Sat Nam Yoga Centre in Milan, completing it in March 2018. In May 2018, she began the second level of teacher training (still in progress) at the international Karam Kriya School, under the guidance of Shiv Charan Singh, one of the most renowned teachers in Europe and internationally. Today, thanks to Kundalini Yoga, Martina has turned her passion into her career, using yoga as an anchor in challenging moments, emerging more conscious and stronger. She sees yoga as a practice that impacts the practical aspects of life, with its true benefits becoming evident outside the mat, although it is from the practice that the spark for change is ignited. Martina enjoys helping her students realize that within themselves lies the state of well-being often lost in daily struggles. She believes that yoga can work for everyone, regardless of physical condition or age, as long as there is consistency and love in the practice. The personalized attention she gives to each student is the key to providing them with the tools for personal growth, increased self-confidence, and a healthier, more flexible, and vibrant body.

Yoga as a lifestyle has long been in my heart.
I have been teaching Hatha Yoga for over 15 years, but Kundalini Yoga holds a special place.

I encountered it during a difficult time, and it was immensely helpful in resolving and overcoming that dark period of my life. This led me to complete teacher training in Kundalini Yoga at the IKYA Academy and later at the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) with teachers who are direct disciples of Yogi Bhajan, in order to share these teachings.

For me, Kundalini Yoga is the fastest and most effective way to enter a state of energetic resource, balance the nervous system, uncover the illusory sufferings of the mind, and connect with oneself, true inner peace, and trust in life.

Deva Prem Kaur
Sat Naam I am Deva Prem Kaur, A soul incarnated and on a journey through my body, which I have learned to honor and love more each day through Kundalini Yoga and the practices I share daily with students who have followed me since 2016, both in person and online. These practices, which entered my life in 2009, have transformed my life, my way of inhabiting my body and this world, the way I relate to myself first and then to others. They make my experience on this earth a little more special and rich every day, and certainly deeper. I love life, colors, forests, the sun, outdoor life, animals, music, the sea, rivers, and nature in all its forms. I love to be moved and surprised as much as I love yoga and meditation, which are my primary tools for well-being and awareness, along with hygiene practices and natural nutrition. I also love reading, studying, practicing, and sharing the gifts I have received with those who are open and ready to receive them. And this is exactly what we can do together in this magical experience that is Kundavela: a week full of nature, yoga, meditation, self-exploration, and connection with others, fully immersed in the elements and the womb of the Mother who welcomes us every day and nourishes our life. A full immersion in nature: sun, sea, earth, and wind will accompany and support our journey-process to enrich and make the experience ahead of us even more special. I can't wait to embark on this unique and transformative journey... Will you be joining us? We look forward to welcoming you, your place in the circle is already waiting for you.

Yoga entered my life 15 years ago, and it was love at first sight; my life has never been the same. For several years, I practiced Kundalini Yoga. After some time working as an interior designer in Milan, I was drawn to the East and its philosophy, leading me to study Masunaga Shiatsu, traditional Chinese medicine, and Zen philosophy. In 2018, I became a Shiatsu practitioner. In the same year, in India, I obtained the Yoga Alliance RYT® 500-hour certification for teaching yoga.
Travel has always been a means of spiritual growth for me; I have traveled to deepen my practice and integrate techniques such as Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga. In 2018, I studied Ayurvedic therapy and massage in New Delhi. I participated in Vipassana meditation courses in Europe and India.
I am a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher and a somatic bodywork practitioner, which I use in individual personal growth sessions at my studio in Milan. I'm a systemic family constellations facilitator and am currently pursuing training in Systemic Relational Counseling. My profession is continually evolving, transforming with me through updates and training that allow me to grow personally and professionally.
The yoga I teach is the result of all these experiences, a creative and intuitive flow that moves within me, different every day, always in the here and now.
